I am tucked up in bed writing another blog post, perfect really as it looks like rainy weather, gorgeous black coat and boots to be worn later I think.
Given that last year in terms of personal blogging was a mish-mash of dating gone wrong and the search for a partner who totally gets what I am about, I had almost written off blog posts about the world of dating. But I realise those posts made my blog more interactive. As I’m writing the books, I find it hard to work out what to post on the blog and what to publish in the books. So to make life so much easier, the books will have quite a few blog posts included.
Where was I? Yes, dating, I am absolutely crap at it. There I was with the perfect opportunity to spend time with someone who gets me and I bottled it. Made up every excuse under the sun, why because I could not handle it. After knowing him for what seems likes a lifetime, I just could not allow myself to be exposed. Silly really, it is the age thing, I am so much older than he is!!
Do I sit and lament about the age thing, do mental somersaults because he is a younger man, yep I am guilty of all of those things. Yet he captivates me in a way that I cannot explain, and if you are reading this don’t let this swell your friggin head and that’s both of them that I’m talking about. I suppose the thing is I’m at a crossroads really, approaching that age where it really is all or nothing and it has me fucking spinning.

I made it known that I like women, the women I meet are very shy, so shy that I am sure that if I waved a strap on in their face, that they might run!! I’m not into searching for women as the last thing I want to do is casually fuck a woman. It never works…too much feelings and emotions and other bullshit. What I am saying is are rules necessary? For the two long hand merchants, (the men who are mean and expect food, drink and sex, without giving or bringing nothing), I think you need rules. I think you need to monitor the whole thing, I think if they are continually mean, then you need to consider whether you want his dick or not. If he is mean with his time, money or affection, you really don’t need his erection.
I used to be so anti, the no free pussy brigade, but no I am not so sure, truth is unless a man is willing to make some commitment, I am not and I repeat, I am not giving them the 5 star treatment. Now, where to start, I have a thing about older men, I like the ones without baggage and who have some money, I’m not a gold digger but I am done with broke older men. Part of me feels like a wuss for parting with the cash in the first place, but you know what my intentions were good at the time and that is all that matters. But it will not be happening again, I don’t care if a fucker’s roof is falling off I am not helping, I’m investing in the bank of me, from now on.
An older man with sophistication will take you to school, he will teach you things. I’m talking romance, sex and communication, above all there is something seriously sexy about a man with life experience. Have I covered everything, I think I have, sex is a beautiful thing and so are relationships, having some rules about what you want, need and expect can save a whole load of heartache.
